Precision Goalkeeping ambassador Kasper Schmeichel has been called up to represent Denmark in the European Championships.
Schmeichel, who designed the Precision Goalkeeping Schmeichology glove range, replaces the injured Tomas Sorensen who is ruled out of the tournament with a back injury.
The Leicester City keeper has had an outstanding season at the King Power stadium picking up two player of the season awards.
"He has worked seriously on his development as a goalkeeper and we followed him closely during the season for Leicester," said Morten Olsen the Denmark Manager.
David Sanderson, Brands and Marketing Director for Precision Goalkeeping, said; “Kasper fully deserves his call up to the Denmark squad.
“He has been in superb form all year and we are delighted that we now have three goalkeepers going to Poland and Ukraine for the European Championship.”
Kasper Schmeichel joins the Republic of Ireland’s Keiren Westwood and David Forde from the Precision Goalkeeping stable at the European Championships.
