Precision Training TV were recently given exclusive access into the training ground at Preston North End. Preston manager, Alan Irvine, was delighted to speak to Precision Training TV about how training has changed since his days as a pacey winger and how the use of training aids and equipment play a vital part in the week to week activities of clubs at all levels. He said; "I think training aids play two important functions in our training. "Obviously they are there to help the players become faster, more agile and help them react quicker but they also play an important visual factor. "It is vital that the equipment looks good and gives the lads a sense that we are doing something different to improve their physical attributes. "The equipment gives the coaches a lot more flexibility in what we are able to achieve." To watch the full interview go to Precision TV - click here
