Precision Training ambassador, Graham Taylor's, comments on BBC Radio 5 LIVE about the physical state of Rio Ferdinand has certainly been in the public domain this week.

The former England manager suggested that Rio's legs had possibly been going and his injuries were a sign of his decline. 

It prompted a reaction from Sir Alex Ferguson and Taylor expands on his comments in his weekly Daily Express column which is in association with Precision Training.
