The Precision Training Strength and Conditioning expert has hit the big time.

Front row forward Matt Parr has signed a deal with Guinness Premiership side Saracens.

The 27-year-old front row man will join up with ex Nottingham team mate Petrus Du Plessis who joined the club in March and recently featured in their Premiership final defeat at Twickenham.
